Contact – cryptobetsnz

Anyone wishing to reach cryptobetsnz will find here who runs it, what it covers and the legal setting that its crypto and betting coverage is written in.

Reaching the publisher

Name, legal form, postal address and e-mail for direct contact are published at cryptobetsnz.com. They are offered so that the site can be identified and so that questions or complaints have somewhere to go.

Nature of the site

Information about racing and sports betting, including payments and crypto as topics, is all that cryptobetsnz provides. Bets are not taken, customer accounts are not held, money is not accepted, and no one is put in touch with a bookmaker. No forecast that promises a win appears.

Betting law in New Zealand, in brief

TAB NZ has been the only provider lawfully allowed to offer racing and sports betting to people in New Zealand since 28 June 2025, under section 74AAA of the Racing Industry Act 2020, and trades online as TAB and Betcha. Compliance is supervised by the Department of Internal Affairs. Because no licence can be applied for, no other bookmaker has one. Only adults may bet with TAB NZ, and the minimum age is 18.

Content, links and misleading conduct

Articles are prepared carefully and revisited from time to time. Even so, odds, markets and offer terms change constantly, and the provider’s own current terms prevail. Decisions taken on the strength of the content are not the responsibility of cryptobetsnz. Misleading conduct in trade is forbidden by the Fair Trading Act 1986, which the site keeps in mind when writing.

External links were checked when added. What those pages later contain is outside the site’s influence and is answered for by their owners. A link to unlawful content is taken down once it is reported.

Copyright

The Copyright Act 1994 protects the texts, tables and graphics here. Use beyond fair dealing requires written consent from the editors in advance.

Gambling harm

Betting brings a risk of harm. Signs of excessive gambling, in oneself or in someone close, can be raised with the Gambling Helpline or Safer Gambling Aotearoa. On its own pages TAB NZ describes deposit limits, bet limits and self-exclusion.
